Look on the Internet, and you will find a vast array of pages all focused on how best to apply for a job with an endless stream of tips and information, sample letters, suggested résumé layouts and forum discussions.
It goes without saying that these pages provide a lot of good, general advice. Unfortunately, what the company receiving your application actually considers important is something you'll find out only rarely.
We reveal what we look for in an application, what will make you stand out in a positive way.
The cover letter of an application is essentially the job applicant's calling card. Too bad then that many cover letters for a particular position in the company are so similar in content: all too often, applicants simply copy the requirements in the job ad. Please don't send us a simple copy of the job profile. A short and snappy letter that covers the following four points is enough:

This is just one reason that a believable and authentic motivation for wanting to be part of the simfy team is a particularly important part of your application.
The mottos "less is more" and "quality before quantity" apply to résumés as well.
For this reason, keep your CV short (2 pages are enough). To ensure readability, your education and employment history should be summarized with the most recent experience listed first. You can leave off everything that is not applicable to the open position.
