Here is a short overview of our hiring stages:

We will contact you within 2 weeks upon entry of your application.
These are the following steps:
The telephone interview usually takes about half an hour. Both parties set time an date beforehand. We would rather not surprise you with our call.
The interview helps us to get a first impression of you and so double-sided questions can be answered. This is an opportunity for you to find out more about the job.
The recruiting day gives us the chance to meet you and get an impression of your work process. At the same time you have the oppotunity to get an impression of our work environment and to meet members of our team.
The recruiting day is set up in three parts:
Part 1: Interview with questioning about your curriculum vitae
Part 2: Small tests (analytics, management test, case) or a probationary work period (preparations on the subjects are not necessary)
Part 3: A last interview where you can primarily ask questions
If we have decided that you are the most suitable for the job, we will contact you one day after the interview and make you an offer to start working for us. All other details will be sent to your address.
To simplify your first day at simfy, the work introduction is adjusted and planned to meet your requirements. You will have your own personal supervisor when you are in need of technical and organisational information.
